Role Overview
The People team is focused on consistently delivering Intrinsic's essential People services with an emphasis on security, quality, consistency, and empathy. We design programs and processes with a user-centric approach, prioritizing simplicity to ensure a fulfilling and rewarding work experience at Intrinsic.
In this position, you will spearhead the People Programs and Operations team, dedicated to retaining our exceptional talent. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining the necessary infrastructure, processes, and programs to further establish Intrinsic as a sought-after workplace. You will have the opportunity to shape the strategy that propels Intrinsic into the future and execute that strategy to facilitate business growth.
Your Impact on Our Mission
- Deliver Effective People Programs - Oversee and enhance our Performance Management, Promotion, and Engagement programs, ensuring they align with the company's evolving needs. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify requirements and devise scalable solutions.
- Lead Operational Excellence in People Operations - Guarantee the seamless and efficient functioning of core People and HR services for our employees and managers (e.g., Onboarding, Relocation, Internal Mobility, Exits). Establish goals and KPIs, streamline, optimize, and automate processes, implement comprehensive knowledge management, and ensure we learn from every challenge or unexpected situation.
- Enhance Our Infrastructure - Own the HR technology roadmap, selecting and developing solutions that cater to our current and future business needs. Leverage cutting-edge technologies to allow the team to concentrate on high-impact opportunities.
- Measure Our Progress - Refine our reporting on programs and recurring processes. Share pertinent insights and decisions with team and company leadership.
