The Role
As the Manager of BI & Analytics Engineering at Peregrine, you will be instrumental in shaping our data architecture, accessibility, and utilization across the organization. You will take charge of the design and implementation of our internal analytics infrastructure, collaborating closely with stakeholders in Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to convert raw data into strategic insights and actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and scale our data warehouse to accommodate a rapidly expanding Go-To-Market and product ecosystem.
- Develop and sustain ETL pipelines using dbt to assimilate data from various tools, applications, and third-party platforms.
- Create well-structured, reusable data models that support reporting efforts across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Design dashboards and analyses that reveal trends in revenue, product utilization, and customer behavior.
- Implement data quality checks and alerts to guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of data.
- Assist in planning and forecasting by working with teams to define KPIs and develop predictive models.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a role such as BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Engineer within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and best practices for data modeling.
- Expertise in dbt, modern data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).
