Role overview The Director of Deployment Strategy leads the Forward Deployed team and manages David AI’s customer engagement portfolio. This leader oversees all aspects of customer interactions, including strategic planning, research, and execution. The role is responsible for account health, retention, and expansion, serving as both a player and a coach. In this position, the Director sets the strategic direction, builds operational frameworks, and develops team members while maintaining direct relationships with key customers. Collaboration with research, engineering, product, and operations teams is central to delivering high-quality products and strong customer outcomes.
