About the Role
As the Manager of Merchant Strategy & Operations, you will oversee the support experience for our merchants, championing both the strategic and executional aspects of their journey on DoorDash. Your focus will be on revolutionizing merchant support into a technology-driven, scalable experience that fosters satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

- Strategizing – Crafting strategies that enable our merchants to succeed post-launch by delivering swift, seamless solutions to their challenges, thereby reducing operational hurdles.

We’re Excited About You Because…
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or a related field; experience in high-growth or early-stage startups and team leadership is a plus.
- You possess strong analytical skills, delving deep into problems using both quantitative and qualitative data; proficiency in SQL is highly advantageous.
- You exhibit an ownership mentality and are passionate about addressing challenges with first principles thinking, inspiring actions that shape the future.
