Qualifications:Proven experience in financial due diligence, particularly within private equity transactions. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial modeling. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.

As a key member of our expanding Financial Due Diligence practice, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients. Leveraging your expertise and insights, you will craft customized solutions that tackle current challenges while laying the groundwork for future success. Supported by seasoned leaders and a dedicated mentor, you will thrive in a collaborative environment that encourages contributions beyond client engagements.
This role presents the chance to engage in intricate M&A transactions, providing clients with vital insights into financial performance and associated risks. Your projects will encompass large-scale transactions, high-volume consolidations, carve-outs, divestitures, and sell-side transactions, working closely with private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and lenders to deliver top-tier analyses that inform strategic decision-making.
