This pivotal role will report directly to the VP of Growth Marketing. You will take charge of driving member sign-ups and engagement with Garner, including leading experimentation to optimize current marketing channels, launching new channels, and developing our personalized engagement engine based on member profiles and behaviors, triggering unique communication journeys. This is a high-impact position at the core of our growth strategy, enhancing member engagement, delivering a superior member experience, and ultimately contributing to improved health outcomes on a large scale.Work Environment:This role is based in our New York City office, located in the Financial District. You will be required to work in the office three days a week, specifically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Key Responsibilities:Manage KPIs: Take ownership of key performance indicators related to sign-up rates and engagement (app usage, reimbursement with Garner) across our client base.Drive Full-Funnel Experimentation: Implement multiple high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests weekly across channels such as email, SMS, direct mail, and push notifications to enhance sign-up and engagement metrics.Innovate Marketing Channels: Develop and execute innovative marketing tactics and channels that facilitate member sign-up and engagement with Garner.
