The Team:
We are seeking a skilled Manager of Data Science specializing in Marketing Analytics to join our dynamic Analytics Team at Match Group.
This team acts as a center of excellence, standardizing marketing performance measurement across our global portfolio, which includes industry-leading brands like Tinder and Hinge. We immerse ourselves in the business and its data, fostering strong collaborations with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams. This collaboration enables us to offer strategic recommendations regarding initiative prioritization, marketing investments, A/B testing, and overall company performance.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing teams across our business units, employing advanced marketing measurement techniques, A/B test design and analysis, and providing actionable insights through ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and automated reports. Extensive experience with SQL, data manipulation, statistical analysis, econometric modeling, and A/B testing is essential, along with a proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive meaningful insights. Familiarity with user growth and acquisition strategies across multi-brand consumer products is highly desirable.
