The Role
In your capacity as the Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics Engineer at Peregrine, you will be instrumental in refining how data is structured, accessed, and utilized throughout the organization. You will take charge of the architecture and implementation of our internal analytics infrastructure, closely collaborating with stakeholders from Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to convert raw data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do
- Oversee and scale our data warehouse to accommodate a rapidly expanding Go-To-Market and product ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using dbt for data integration from various tools, applications, and third-party platforms.
- Craft clean, reusable data models that drive reporting for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Design dashboards and analyses that reveal trends in revenue, product usage, and customer behavior.
- Implement data quality checks and alerts to guarantee reliable, accurate, and timely data.
- Assist in planning and forecasting by collaborating with teams to define KPIs and create forward-looking models.
What We Look For
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Engineer in a dynamic tech environment.
- Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling best practices.
- Proficiency in dbt, modern data warehouses (such as Snowflake or BigQuery), and orchestration tools (like Airflow or Prefect).
