Your Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development Team. This pivotal role will involve building and overseeing teams tasked with generating outbound interest and qualifying leads for our go-to-market efforts. Please note that this position is office-based.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and professional growth of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs). These representatives perform outreach to cultivate interest in Zip, and your strategic guidance will be essential in helping them effectively qualify and pitch Zip to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and the Sales Leadership Team to develop account strategies and consistently meet monthly team objectives.
Given the significant influence this role holds, we seek candidates with a proven track record in sales leadership, including consistently achieving individual and team quotas, recruiting and nurturing top-tier BDRs, and possessing experience in tech sales. A firm grasp of the importance of robust customer relationships in the sales process is essential. We value a growth-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit across our revenue organization.
