As the head of our AI Deployment Engineers in the Digital Native segment, you will empower technology and software companies to revolutionize their operations via solutions like customer service automation, content generation, and cutting-edge applications utilizing our most advanced models.
About the Role
We are in search of an accomplished leader to drive the technical success of our key technology and software clients across the Americas. In this strategic position, you will oversee the complete implementation process, guaranteeing smooth platform integration. Acting as the voice of our customers, you will coordinate technical teams to provide a unified, exceptional experience throughout the customer journey. Your performance will be evaluated based on the launch of live applications, increased API usage, and compelling customer success stories that highlight our technology's value.
This position is based in our San Francisco office, operating on a hybrid work model of three days in-office per week, with relocation assistance available for new hires.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement the strategy and operational framework for the AI Deployment Engineering team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer needs.
Lead, build, and mentor a team of high-achieving AI Deployment Engineers to achieve outstanding customer results, evidenced by production customer applications and enhanced API engagement.
Act as the technical advocate for our clients, distilling their requirements to shape the Research and Applied Product/Engineering roadmaps.
Serve as the primary technical escalation point during project development, fostering trust and ensuring direct communication with executive stakeholders.
Establish yourself as an industry thought leader, promoting the safe and innovative utilization of our technology across diverse sectors.
You Will Excel in This Role If You:
Possess over 8 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
Demonstrate a strong foundation in AI technologies and their deployment in business contexts.
Exhibit exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive teams toward success.
