Key Responsibilities:Complete work orders for resident requests and conduct preventive maintenance. Perform inspections to guarantee quality and address property needs. Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants. Manage inventory and order supplies. Maintain accurate documentation. Assist with grounds upkeep. Contribute to cost-cutting initiatives. Participate in safety protocols. This position requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekend, evening, and morning availability. Qualifications:Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas, including troubleshooting, compliance with safety standards and codes, and performing preventive maintenance. Thoroughness in executing tasks such as pre-move-out inspections, maintenance work orders, and documentation. Experience in managing inventory, scheduling vendors and contractors, and acquiring supplies.
