Your ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a facilities or building setting. Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry). Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (at least one week per month). A reliable form of transportation to commute to various sites.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents and assist team members as needed.
  • Adhere to AIR’s procedures for preparing apartments for new residents.
  • With guidance, perform requested repairs and routine maintenance, including plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
  • Provide functional direction and training to fellow Maintenance Technicians, fostering skill development.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor quality and performance.
