Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive software testing to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate in identifying, managing, and resolving system defects.
- Document all issues and work diligently towards their resolution.
- Provide regular updates to the QA Lead regarding problem resolution progress.
- Propose enhancements for existing procedures to improve quality.
- Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and address low-complexity problems, applying routine solutions.
- Receive moderate direction on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
- Make decisions impacting personal work and potentially affecting colleagues.
- Act as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific scope of work.
