RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and repair all assets to ensure optimal operating conditionsTroubleshoot and repair control devices including PLCs, HMIs, and CNC controlsOverhaul mechanical systems such as pumps, chillers, and gearboxesConduct work order repairs, inspections, and adjustmentsProvide maintenance for various equipment including vacuum chambers, thermal chambers, CNC machines, and production automationOperate forklifts and company vehiclesPerform additional related duties to maintain an efficient work environmentBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent certification2+ years of experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repairsPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:5+ years of experience as a maintenance technicianExceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesMillwright skills and knowledge in industrial multi-craft and mechanical tradesBackground in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic industriesProficiency in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematicsAbility to document detailed repair reports (advanced MS Office skills)Experience with hand/power tools, forklifts, and heavy equipmentFamiliarity with laser trackers or similar precision inspection toolsCompetence in PLC programming and troubleshootingCommitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (STARLINK)

As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will tackle equipment and tooling challenges on a daily basis to enhance SpaceX's asset availability. Unlike traditional setups, we do not halt production for maintenance; instead, we employ predictive maintenance strategies to avert failures and keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and fellow technicians who design and construct our unique machinery to address critical issues.
