Your responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance, diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and learning to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams. You will also document your work accurately, manage inventory of parts and supplies, and maintain safety while utilizing hand and power tools in a dynamic, high-growth manufacturing environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with state-of-the-art automation and robotics, all while developing your career in modern manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct preventative maintenance (PM) on industrial production equipment to prevent downtime.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.Support corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Learn to read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings.Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and assist in tracking parts and inventory.Work safely with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment in a fast-paced factory setting.Qualifications0–2 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical fields, or equivalent technical training/apprenticeship.Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (such as conveyors, motors, actuators) and electrical systems (including AC/DC circuits, sensors, and wiring).Proficient in using basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.A strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn about advanced systems (robotics, PLCs, automation).Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing tasks requiring bending, squatting, kneeling, or climbing.Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential.
