About the Role:
The Knowledge Assist (KA) team at Cresta is at the forefront of developing AI solutions tailored for the contact center industry, with a primary focus on enhancing agent productivity by ensuring access to the right knowledge at the right moment.
Current projects include:
- Generative Knowledge Assist (GenKA): Provides real-time, context-aware suggestions for contact center agents, integrating multiple knowledge bases to facilitate quick information retrieval and ensure accurate responses.
- Knowledge Search (KS): A custom search experience designed specifically for contact center agents, built on the GenKA infrastructure, with aspirations to evolve into a comprehensive enterprise search solution.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): A pivotal initiative supporting GenKA and KS, focusing on efficient retrieval of relevant knowledge and generating ready-to-use responses based on this knowledge.
