This is an exhilarating chance to influence Superhuman's go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our next generation of AI products, including a new communication-focused tool reminiscent of Cursor. You will have a direct impact on key performance metrics by designing, developing, and enhancing systems that fuel acquisition, activation, and retention across Superhuman’s product suite. Most notably, our team is pioneering the future of proactive AI, recommending AI assistants or agents at every point they can assist our users effectively.In this role, you will collaborate extensively with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to tackle high-leverage challenges at the crossroads of product development, user behavior, and business results. Your contributions will shape how millions of users discover, adopt, and benefit from Superhuman’s cutting-edge AI capabilities. Responsibilities include:Building a strong and high-performing team, characterized by agility, rigorous experimentation, and iterative processes.Partnering with your product counterpart to define the team's product vision.Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to test and scale systems that achieve measurable growth.Contributing to experimentation frameworks and infrastructure that facilitate rapid iteration.Mentoring team members while cultivating a culture of impact, ownership, and collaboration.Engaging in architectural decisions and technical design discussions with a forward-thinking perspective.
