Capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies. Highly motivated with a passion for luxury sales and client service. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid real estate license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze sales performance while offering coaching and support to team members.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, and influential industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring exceptional service at every stage.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to design targeted campaigns that appeal to luxury buyers.
  • Stay updated on luxury market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Organize and participate in open houses, property showings, and networking events.
  • Enhance the sales process by incorporating new technologies and best practices.
