- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain tidiness in communal areas and serve a security presence on-site.
- Document visitor and contractor logs diligently.
- Monitor security systems for any suspicious activity and coordinate key management.
- Collaborate with management to fulfill resident requests efficiently.
