Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Execute AIR’s procedures for apartment turnovers, ensuring readiness for new residents.
- Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance under general supervision, including plumbing, basic electrical work, HVAC systems, and appliance repair.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow Maintenance Technicians and assist in skill development.
- Participate in vendor quality management and conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
