The Problems You'll Solve
At Carta, we’re revolutionizing the private market operations. Stakeholders in this domain encounter intricate, high-stakes operational challenges, particularly during transitions and onboarding. By leveraging your unique blend of strategic finance expertise, operational leadership, and relationship management skills, you will deliver exceptional experiences to our most sophisticated clients.
As a Client Partner, you will not only be a subject matter expert but also a strategic advisor and transformation leader, orchestrating successful cross-functional collaboration from late-stage sales to go-live.
As a Client Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing win rates by providing executive-level backing to Go-To-Market teams during late-stage sales cycles, facilitating the closure of strategic, enterprise-level deals.
- Leading high-level discovery sessions with prospective clients, integrating your industry insights with Carta’s best practices to develop customized operational and financial solutions.
- Serving as the primary continuity point for clients throughout onboarding and implementation, acting as a stable, trusted advocate aligned with C-level objectives.
- Managing critical transitions across internal teams (Sales, Product, Delivery, Support) with a focus on reducing complexity, risk, and friction for our clients.
