S. history and a proud member of the Fortune 500. As a Lot Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the cleanliness and visual appeal of our vehicles at the Market Hubs. You will collaborate with team members to ensure prompt deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction. Read more about our opportunity below:

Shift Requirements: Work hours are from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Maximize Your Earnings!

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16/hour with ample growth opportunities based on your performance. You can increase your earnings in a short timeframe:

  • Pay Range: $16-$17 hourly
  • Starting Pay: $16/hour
  • After 3 Months: $16.25/hour
  • After 6 Months: $16.50/hour
  • After 9 Months: $16.75/hour
  • After 12 Months: $17/hour

In your first year, you can progress from $16 to $17 through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which offers four merit opportunities each year. Eligible team members can also receive an additional $0.25 increase every 90 days.

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to:

  • Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic issues.
  • Regularly wash and vacuum all inventory.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections on incoming inventory, including fuel levels and safety features.
  • Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management across all business lines.
  • Commit to regular and predictable attendance.
