The Logistics Operations Manager in Chicago (ORD1) plays a key role in overseeing several Fetch facilities. This position ensures that service delivery meets high standards and that team members work in a supportive, positive environment. What you will do

  • Lead and support Warehouse Managers at multiple locations.
  • Monitor and drive performance metrics for fulfillment and last-mile delivery.
  • Plan and manage labor resources both onsite and in transit.

  • Troubleshoot logistical challenges to raise service quality.
