Localization QA Lead - Warsaw
Overview
As the Localization QA Lead, you will bring substantial expertise in gaming Quality Assurance, testing, and project team leadership. Your key responsibility will be to guarantee the effective execution of QA projects. This includes establishing project files and processes, generating necessary documentation, troubleshooting issues, maintaining client communication, and leading the QA project team on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned Localization QA projects by overseeing teams of Localization Games Testers and coordinating their daily responsibilities.
Craft and enhance Test Plans and Test Cases.
Facilitate effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Review and validate bug reports and text edits for quality and thoroughness.
Ensure team members are adequately trained in the requisite tools and technologies for project execution.
Mentor and support both new and existing LQA team members.
Track and analyze project statistics, KPIs, and other metrics, taking corrective or preventive actions when necessary.
Engage with clients' Points of Contact as needed to ensure clarity on all testing requirements.
Participate in client meetings as required to provide insights on project status.
