Build strong relationships with children, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom. As a Bus Driver Safely transport children to and from local elementary schools and on field trips using a small bus. Maintain a healthy, nurturing environment on the bus. Perform regular safety checks and drills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. NCECC certification preferred. Willingness to drive a 14-passenger minibus (CDL not required). At least 21 years old. Physically able to bend, stoop, lift, and stand during the workday. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. BSAC training required. Experience as a teacher in a licensed childcare center. Compensation Pay: $14 - $19 per hour Pay within this range depends on education and experience in early childhood education.
