CGS Federal is actively seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Systems Analyst to be a part of our dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional technical support for a significant Federal agency's litigation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with government personnel and report to the Contract IT Manager, Systems Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, or Lead Project Manager. Gather insights from the COR, Government Case Managers, and trial staff to define project and system requirements.
- Design comprehensive systems that fulfill the specified requirements. Elaborate on functional specifications, system design, programming guidelines, data elements, validation criteria, data capture methods, and conversion processes through discussions with government staff and supervisors.
- Transform functional requirements into system designs suitable for developing the necessary computer programs. Conduct software tests, including preparing and utilizing sample data for testing.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
- Develop essential systems documentation as required by task orders.
- Consult with government staff and fellow contractors to ensure clarity on task objectives, identify challenges, and propose enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior personnel.
- Occasionally lead projects or act as a technical supervisor.
- Report progress to government staff and supervisors.
- Offer user and technical documentation and training for developed systems.
