As a Litigation Systems Analyst at CGS Federal, you will play a crucial role in supporting a comprehensive technical initiative aimed at enhancing the litigation efforts of a major Federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Government personnel and report to the IT Contract Manager, Systems Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, or Lead Project Manager to gather and define system and project requirements.
- Design comprehensive systems tailored to meet these requirements, detailing functional and design specifications, programming standards, data elements, and validation methods through consultations with Government staff.
- Convert functional requirements into actionable system designs for software development, including testing procedures with sample data.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and presentations.
- Create necessary systems documentation as mandated by task orders.
- Engage with Government and Contractor team members to ensure understanding of objectives and propose enhancements as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior personnel, and occasionally serve as a project team leader.
- Report progress to Government stakeholders and superiors.
- Develop user and technical documentation and conduct training for the systems developed.
