Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate litigation support services tailored to customer needs, encompassing trial preparation and presentation, either independently or in collaboration with the designated Litigation Support Coordinator.
- Administer litigation support systems, ensuring quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, and maintenance of resources used for data transmission in various formats.
- Guarantee the availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency of systems.
- Install and update litigation support hardware and software as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability issues.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of litigation support equipment.
- Uphold system security protocols to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance reliability and prevent unauthorized access to systems.
