Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with the preparation and response to discovery requests (including interrogatories, requests for admissions, and document production) as well as motions (including supporting documents and exhibits). Coordinate trial preparations, including managing witnesses, travel arrangements, trial exhibits, and subpoenas. Review, organize, and summarize construction-related documents such as contracts, inspection reports, and maintenance records. Manage large volumes of discovery, including electronic discovery platforms, document production, and privilege logs. Attend site inspections throughout Southern California as needed. Collaborate effectively within a team of varying levels of experience. Maintain routine communication with clients, experts, and attorneys regarding case progress and preparations.
