Join the dynamic team at O'Hagan Meyer as a Litigation Attorney specializing in Professional Liability. We are looking for an associate attorney with over two years of professional litigation experience to enhance our Wilmington, DE office. Ideal candidates will possess a solid background in general commercial and professional liability litigation, particularly in healthcare, ENO/DNO, specialty care, and senior living contexts, along with expertise in human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation, mass torts, and class actions.

As part of our team, you will defend licensed professionals and institutions, including nursing homes, drug and mental health treatment centers, and other specialty care facilities. Our clients also include insurance agents, brokers, architects, and engineers, as well as professional sports teams such as USA Gymnastics and organizations like the Boy Scouts of America. We also represent various entities in the hospitality industry, including hotels and motels.
