What you will do Provide technical support for macOS, Windows, and Linux platforms as part of a tier-1 support rotation. Administer identity provider and IAM systems (Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, Okta, or similar). Oversee user lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
