Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Coordinate all phases of the project while accurately forecasting timelines.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to clarify project specifications.

  • Negotiate project deadlines and pricing with external vendors.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.

  • Track and manage project statuses effectively.

  • Oversee project finances, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Adhere to relevant operational procedures and standards.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks at various process stages to ensure accuracy and high quality.
