Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales activities and trends to provide insights for sales directors regarding improvement opportunities.
Support sales objectives by delivering engaging product presentations and offering project assistance, whether in-person or virtually.
Assist the sales team in managing their lighting pipelines to achieve annual targets.
Offer technical lighting expertise to all stakeholders (BDRs, RSRs, agencies) throughout the sales process.
Conduct training sessions for team members, lighting agencies, and customers on product offerings, lighting concepts, and new product launches.
Utilize IES recommendations to provide application-based lighting solutions through photometric analysis, employing photometric software such as AGi32 and/or Visual.
Enhance the customer experience by leading showroom tours and presentations during client visits.
Act as a brand ambassador for Landscape Forms at industry exhibitions.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that design, engineering, and pricing solutions for non-standard lighting products are met.
Support the marketing team in ensuring technical data is accurately represented in all marketing materials.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competition, and engage in continuous education through classes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and undertake additional duties as assigned.
Identify competition and target representatives, areas, markets, and design firms to enhance sales opportunities.
