We are actively seeking skilled lighting artists to join our dynamic team for several upcoming projects! As a lighting artist, you will be responsible for bringing environments to life through your expertise in lighting while effectively collaborating with various disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. In return, you’ll become part of a supportive and experienced team working on a range of AAA titles!

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Artistic Lighting: Designing and adjusting lighting sources to create the desired mood and atmosphere across various environmental settings.
  • Technical Implementation: Establishing lighting rigs, managing light bakes, enhancing performance, and utilizing volumetric lighting.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with level designers and environmental artists to guide player experience and ensure visual cohesion.
  • Self-Management: Identifying project needs and communicating effectively with leads and managers.
  • Post-Processing: Applying effects like color grading and bloom to elevate the final visual output.
  • Performance Optimization: Achieving high visual quality while adhering to technical constraints of the target hardware.
