About the Role
We seek a Lifecycle Marketer to establish Cognition's marketing strategies from the ground up, focusing on email and engagement programs designed to enhance product usage and customer retention. This role encompasses both self-serve and enterprise marketing efforts. For self-serve, you'll develop processes to transform sign-ups into active users and convert them into paying customers. On the enterprise front, you will collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive product adoption post-sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish a comprehensive email marketing program: choose and implement tools, create templates, set up deliverability infrastructure, and develop critical sequences such as onboarding, activation, re-engagement, upgrades, and churn prevention.
Produce high-quality content across various formats including emails, in-platform messages, and landing pages. Our discerning developer audience appreciates quality and authenticity.
Design customized onboarding experiences that guide users to their first 'aha' moment with Devin.
Monitor activation and retention metrics, identifying user drop-off points, designing experiments for improvement, and measuring their effectiveness.
Foster self-serve conversions by nurturing free users into paid customers and individuals into team plans.
Enhance engagement and product adoption within enterprises by showcasing effective usage and amplifying our customer success efforts.
Utilize AI to create highly segmented and personalized user flows based on behavior and product interaction.
