Job Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented Licensing Clerk to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the procurement and maintenance of all necessary licenses and permits across various jurisdictions, including state, city, interstate, and environmental licensing. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in governmental licensing, contract management, and regulatory compliance, complemented by excellent communication skills to effectively manage applications and maintain comprehensive records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Licensing Management: Proactively prepare, submit, and oversee applications for licenses and permits, ensuring timely renewals in compliance with state, city, interstate, and environmental regulations.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Guarantee that all licensing documents are meticulously completed, submitted, and archived according to established compliance standards.
  • Follow-Up & Communication: Liaise with regulatory agencies, monitor application statuses, and follow up on any outstanding licenses or permits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed and organized repository of licensing documents, application statuses, and communications with regulatory bodies.
  • Lottery & Gaming Compliance: Oversee licensing related to lottery and gaming operations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Contract & Loan Background: Assist in licensing initiatives with a solid understanding of contractual and loan documentation, ensuring all regulatory prerequisites are satisfied.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure that licensing efforts align with our business objectives and compliance protocols.
