Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to become a vital part of our dedicated team, committed to upholding our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a friendly and compassionate professional who is passionate about patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position based at one of our state-of-the-art clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Perform nursing duties with clinical competence as an LVN, including the accurate administration of medications, proper setup of sterile fields, and effective disinfection and sterilization of equipment.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, in line with company protocols.
  • Engage in effective communication with team members, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes accurately and appropriately.
  • Deliver the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
  • Consistently follow established policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to increasing patient retention rates by providing exceptional patient care and experiences.
  • Assist in all aspects of clinical and surgical environments.
  • Maintain professionalism and demonstrate the ability to work harmoniously with diverse personalities.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
