Position Overview

We are excited to invite a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our dedicated team. Our ideal candidate is someone who embodies a commitment to exceptional patient care, fostering a positive and enjoyable experience for all individuals. This full-time role requires outstanding communication abilities suited for our collaborative and dynamic clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Perform nursing duties with clinical competence, including medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment disinfection.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Engage effectively with team members including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators to facilitate daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Accurately document clinical and surgical chart notes.
  • Provide the highest standard of patient care and service at all times.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance patient retention by ensuring superior care and patient experiences.
  • Assist in all facets of the clinical and surgical environment.
  • Maintain professionalism and adapt well to diverse personalities in the workplace.
  • Undertake additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
