Position Overview
We are excited to invite a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our dedicated team. This full-time role requires outstanding communication abilities suited for our collaborative and dynamic clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Perform nursing duties with clinical competence, including medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment disinfection.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Engage effectively with team members including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators to facilitate daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Accurately document clinical and surgical chart notes.
- Provide the highest standard of patient care and service at all times.
- Follow established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by ensuring superior care and patient experiences.
- Assist in all facets of the clinical and surgical environment.
- Maintain professionalism and adapt well to diverse personalities in the workplace.
- Undertake additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
