Essential QualificationsBachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, application support, or DevOps roles. Demonstrated hands-on programming experience with . NET (C#) and a solid understanding of relational databases. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control (e.g., Git) is highly desirable. Knowledge of workflow-based systems (e.g., Zoho) will be considered an asset. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of effectively troubleshooting complex technical challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding customer support. A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
