Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:Proficient in managing daily website updates, including content, images, and page publishing using a CMS (e.g., GovTech Optical). Strong understanding of web analytics tools to monitor site traffic and performance. Experience in ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution in compliance with SLAs using a ticketing system (e.g., JIRA). Capable of creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge repository on systems, processes, and queries.
