We are on the lookout for a Legal Program Manager to spearhead operational excellence and strategic execution within our Legal function, encompassing Product, Privacy, Commercial, Litigation & Employment, and Corporate & Compliance.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a force multiplier for Legal leadership, transforming priorities into organized, scalable programs that facilitate rapid business movement while responsibly managing risk.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading cross-functional legal initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and visibility at the executive level.
Streamlining Legal operations by establishing scalable frameworks for intake, prioritization, governance, reporting, and knowledge management.
Enhancing efficiency and impact by deploying tools, automation, metrics, and governance across the legal portfolio.
Acting as a vital link between Legal and key partners (Product, Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance, Security), proactively addressing friction and expediting decision-making.
Promoting leadership clarity through structured reporting, risk tracking, and precise communication of trade-offs and progress.
