Our recent $67.5M Series B funding is just the beginning of our ambitious plans.What You Will DoConduct Commercial Contract Review: Draft, review, and amend commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, and other standard contracts, while identifying legal risks and proposing fallback language to support negotiations.Manage Contract Lifecycle: Oversee the lifecycle of contracts using management systems (e.g., Ironclad), ensuring proper version control, approvals, execution, and record-keeping.Template Management: Assist in the development and standardization of contract templates and playbooks to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.Provide Legal Operations & Administration Support: Offer daily operational support to the Legal team, maintaining legal records, coordinating document execution, and assisting with corporate documentation including resolutions and internal agreements.
