Join our dynamic team at Axiom as a Legal Consultant specializing in HR and workplace investigations. We seek a skilled professional to assist our Fortune 500 clients across the APAC region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive HR and workplace investigations throughout APAC, addressing issues such as harassment, bullying, discrimination, retaliation, and other employee misconduct.
- Independently manage all facets of investigations including case intake, scoping, conducting interviews, evidence collection, analysis, and report preparation, ensuring reports are structured, clear, and contain factual findings along with actionable recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure investigations are conducted fairly, consistently, and in line with internal policies and local laws.
- Facilitate follow-up actions post-investigation, including remediation measures, communication with stakeholders, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Handle sensitive and complex investigations with discretion and sound judgment, while also contributing to the enhancement of investigation processes, templates, and best practices.
- Engage with cross-functional and cross-regional teams as necessary, promoting alignment and consistency within global teams.
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in HR and workplace investigations.
- Exemplary integrity in handling sensitive information throughout investigations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
