About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Learning Operations Manager to spearhead the daily operations of a comprehensive enterprise learning program across various locations in the UAE. This pivotal role ensures the smooth execution of scheduling, administration, contractor management, and communication, fostering a seamless learning experience.
In this hands-on leadership position, you will oversee a distributed operations function responsible for high-volume training activities, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to client standards. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and excels at establishing structure and clarity to large-scale operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Direct the end-to-end learning operations across multiple sites, guaranteeing consistent and high-quality administrative support.
Develop and uphold operational standards, processes, and service level expectations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Multi-Site Scheduling & Coordination
Manage training schedules across Jebel Ali, Al Taweelah, and other locations.
Balance capacity, learner demand, and operational limitations across sites.
Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and adjust to changing priorities effectively.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Oversee contractor support for administrative and operational activities.
Manage onboarding, performance evaluation, and service delivery of contractors.
Ensure contractors meet quality and compliance requirements.
Communication & Mailbox Management
Handle triage and response processes for communications channels related to learning operations.
Provide timely, clear, and professional responses to learners and stakeholders.
Monitor communication volume, response times, and escalation pathways.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all administrative processes comply with client policies and standards.
Maintain thorough documentation, audit trails, and operational records.
Support audit activities and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a dedicated team of Training Coordinators and administrative personnel.
Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and drive team performance.
Foster a service-oriented, accountable team culture.
