Coordinate the work of trainers, facilitators, external experts, translators, instructional designers, and more.
Methodological involvement in the creation of educational content (program development, lesson structures, training formats).
Ensure a high-quality learning experience for participants.
Evaluate training outcomes, gather feedback, and report results.
Maintain documentation and communication regarding projects in internal systems.
Essential Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, business training, educational design, or training project management.
Hands-on experience in developing and delivering training programs/workshops (both internal and external).
Knowledge of andragogy, adult development methodologies, and learning evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, 70/20/10, etc.).
Project management experience: setting goals, planning, and controlling deadlines and outcomes.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align needs and results.
Facilitation skills, coaching approach, or training experience (a significant advantage).
Experience in creating educational content (presentations, guides, e-learning materials, etc.).
