Adjust classroom agendas, timelines, and content flow as needed to ensure impactful training delivery.Guide and mentor trainee trainers in facilitation and presentation skills as directed by leadership.Engage in floor support activities such as On-the-Job Training (OJT), refresher training, and remedial training as necessary, ensuring program effectiveness from both training and business perspectives.Promote continuous improvement in program execution through documentation of existing processes and evaluation of potential scenarios.
