Your Contribution

If you are passionate about education and Learning & Development, and excited about empowering individuals to gain skills in Generative AI, this role is your chance to utilize your data skills to craft engaging and impactful online learning experiences. As a Learning Designer, you will have a significant role in developing AI training workshops and programs that deliver measurable outcomes for learners across all levels, from individual contributors to executives, encompassing both technical and non-technical backgrounds. You will apply your expertise in adult learning and co-design principles to create content and activities that are evidence-based, user-centered, and results-oriented.

You will research, design, and refine engaging learning experiences in data, AI, and various technology domains, based on best practices in education for employment and career development. A successful Learning Designer will collaborate closely with Operations, Account Management, instructors, and prospective learners to ensure each program is crafted to provide a transformative learning experience that fosters professional growth and advancement for our participants while achieving tangible outcomes for clients and Correlation One.

A Day in Your Life

  • Define learning objectives aligned with client needs, create course outlines, design content and activities that meet those objectives, and develop materials such as slides and instructor guides for live online training sessions focusing on data and AI.
  • Oversee content development for programs from inception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met, and establish mechanisms to track and communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
