Learning Principles and User-Centric Design5+ years of progressive experience as an instructional designer and e-learning developer, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven environment. Deep understanding of adult learning theories and extensive learning design experience. Proficient in simplifying complex information into engaging, clear content. Experience in developing and supporting training programs for IT teams. Business-level fluency in English. Exceptional writing, editing, and content structuring abilities. Tools & TechnologyFamiliarity with Nexthink software or a strong willingness to learn about the product. Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards. Advanced skills in multimedia editing, including graphics, audio, and video. Collaboration & Project SkillsExcellent communication and influencing capabilities, capable of building trust with diverse stakeholders. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives effectively.

About the job

Nexthink is seeking a dynamic Learning Architect to enhance our Product Education team. In this pivotal role, you will craft and implement top-tier learning experiences to empower Nexthink users in the effective adoption and utilization of our innovative products.

Collaboration is key; you will partner with Product Managers, subject matter experts, and diverse stakeholders to distill complex product functionalities into engaging and scalable learning content.

As an integral part of our Product Education team, your contributions will redefine the design, delivery, and continual enhancement of learning strategies at Nexthink, incorporating cutting-edge instructional design methodologies, multimedia, and AI-enhanced content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Design

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, establish objectives, and create user-centered learning pathways aligned with product strategies and business outcomes.
  • Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to develop structured, impactful, and engaging learning experiences tailored for various user personas.
  • Convert intricate technical and product information into clear, accessible, and actionable learning resources.

Content Development & Delivery

  • Design comprehensive blended learning programs for Nexthink products, utilizing existing documentation, demo environments, and practical use cases.
  • Produce captivating instructional materials, including assessments, quizzes, practical exercises with feedback, case studies, and instructional visuals.
  • Create and manage supplemental learning assets such as storyboards, video scripts, simulations, role-plays, and interactive experiences.
  • Develop and update certification content and exams to support Nexthink’s training and enablement initiatives.
  • Employ modern e-learning authoring tools and multimedia technologies to deliver polished, high-quality learning experiences.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline content creation, rewriting, scenario generation, and production workflows.

Continuous Improvement & Product Alignment

  • Regularly update training content in accordance with product advancements, new features, and platform enhancements.
  • Test and validate learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with real-world product utilization.
  • Proactively suggest new learning formats, tools, and methodologies to enhance learner engagement and scalability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Develop strong relationships across Product, Technical Services, and other teams to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with shared objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted learning partner, influencing stakeholders through effective communication, sound design rationale, and dependable delivery.
  • Share best practices and contribute to ongoing improvements in learning methodologies.
