Oversee internal HR-related learning processes, including onboarding, mandatory training, and various employee development initiatives. Manage the complete lifecycle of learning initiatives, including planning, coordination, vendor management, implementation, communication, and reporting. Deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and facilitated learning sessions for employees and mid-level managers. Stay informed about modern L&D methodologies, EdTech advancements, and AI applications, integrating digital and AI-driven tools to enhance content creation and learner engagement.
