You need to be an inspiring, credible, and exceptional facilitator to instill knowledge and refine team skills. Maintain and create country-specific learning initiatives. Act as the voice of the chauffeur—be the subject matter expert, communicate with chauffeurs, and address any questions or concerns. Assess chauffeurs against Wheely standards, providing effective feedback to enhance performance during coaching and one-on-one training sessions. Collaborate with peers in other regions to continuously improve processes, ensuring passenger expectations are consistently exceeded.

As Lead Trainer for Wheely’s London chauffeur team, this position strengthens service quality and upholds the company’s standards as the London fleet expands. The Lead Trainer takes ownership of training delivery, adapts learning materials for local needs, and manages ongoing professional development for chauffeurs.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions to chauffeurs, focusing on service excellence and Wheely’s expectations
  • Tailor and manage learning materials to address the unique needs of the London market
  • Assess chauffeur performance and provide clear, constructive feedback
