As Lead Trainer for Wheely’s London chauffeur team, this position strengthens service quality and upholds the company’s standards as the London fleet expands. The Lead Trainer takes ownership of training delivery, adapts learning materials for local needs, and manages ongoing professional development for chauffeurs.
What you will do
- Deliver engaging training sessions to chauffeurs, focusing on service excellence and Wheely’s expectations
- Tailor and manage learning materials to address the unique needs of the London market
- Assess chauffeur performance and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Lead one-on-one coaching sessions to support individual growth
- Act as a local expert and main point of contact for London chauffeurs
- Answer chauffeur questions and offer guidance to help them deliver outstanding service
